About the Role:
Are you a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a passion for luxury and excellence? Our prestigious client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a high-profile hotel refurbishment and new build project in the heart of Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the transformation and construction of a luxurious hotel, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all phases of the project are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee all construction activities to guarantee adherence to luxury standards and specifications. Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed progress reports.
Remuneration Package:
