Our client is a successful service sector organisation with operations in the UK and Europe. In line with the group’s strategy for growth, the organisation is undertaking a transformation programme to upgrade its core systems and processes.
They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on an upcoming project to replace the HR and Payroll systems across the group. This is a key role working with business management, in-house users, the chosen solution provider and implementation team. The role requires an effective communicator who can interact with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will have a thorough understanding of risk, governance and reporting mechanisms and it is essential that you have experience working on HR and Payroll software/systems implementation projects.

The successful candidate will be hired on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract with hybrid working arrangements which will require the job holder to be on site in the Reading office 2 days per week.
