Junior Project Manager
As a Junior Project Manager, you will help create impact for millions of businesses across the world using our platform to start and grow their business. You will be part of discussions around product strategy, be hands-on in coordinating and accomplishing projects, and optimizing the experience for businesses and their end-users.
Our approach is both customer-focused and data-driven. You will need to dig in to understand our customers and their needs, analyze data, and guide our outstanding team to move fast and ship remarkable solutions.
Internship Opportunities: This role is also open for graduates and students in their final year looking to have first-hand experience in the fintech industry. Employment opportunities will be offered after a successful completion of the internship period.
What you will do:
- Help create innovative features and mobile payment-related services based on market needs and company strategy;
- Prepare needed documentation for the product team;
- Work closely with key departments and decision makers to determine business objectives and strategy for delivery;
- Work with the rest of the product and business development teams to define the product vision and product features;
- Coordinate with different stakeholders both internally and externally;
- Effectively communicate project requirements with different teams including Operations, Legal, Risk, and other teams as necessary.
- Accurately plan project developments with team members and be able to create reports on completed actions, achievements and/or productivity of your projects.
What you will need to have:
- University Bachelor's Degree or above;
- Internship experience in the payments, tech start-up, SaaS or digital services industry is a plus, but not required;
- Strong business acumen with a high focus on customer needs and experience;
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across different medium;
- Strong sense of work ethic and business etiquette;
- Ability to easily grasp technical details especially involving the financial and digital space and translate them into terms that can be understood by your clients;
- Passionate about technology-based solutions, services, and products.
- Excellent intercultural competencies and can work with teams and merchant from a diverse background;
- Ease of travel and availability to go on business trips.
