Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for a full-time Project Manager, and the role that initially comes with an attractive contract rate and may convert to a permanent role at the end of the year.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive operational project management support to the leadership team.
In your first few weeks in this Project Manager role, you can expect to:
- Hold business stakeholders to the strategic roadmap, project objectives and project timelines
- Coordinate with the team and supporting services to ensure timely execution of project deliverables and adherence to quality standards
- Report on project deliverables and milestones in status meetings, steering committee meetings and board updates

- Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within technology, engineering or consulting sectors
- An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly, capable to pivot and focus on competing initiatives, as well as manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Plan and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared in advance
- Identify opportunities to improve existing PMO approaches, policies, procedures and standards
