Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge in a company that will support your growth and development?

This company provide building support services to a large portfolio of public and private sector clients. They have been established for over 40 years and off the back of building a strong reputation in the industry they are in an exciting growth period where they are looking to onboard new employees and help them further develop their career.
In this role you will oversee domestic/commercial building support projects from cradle to grave, this will mean you will be hands on from the very beginning in proposal meeting all the way through to handing over to O&M department. You will manage all operational activities whilst ensuring all work is compliant to H&S and company standards whilst also being within budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical bias and have experience managing on site operations and balancing financials simultaneously. Any experience working with local authority/council projects is beneficial. The role will be based out of the Enfield office and will require travel to sites in London and Home Counties.
