Project Manager (12 month FTC, mid-May 2024) - up to £30,000 FTE

Position
As a Project Manager for Client Services, the commercial creative team within Our Media, you will be responsible for managing integrated advertising campaigns and commercial content solutions across multiple platforms, disciplines and Our Media properties from conception to completion, whilst keeping both clients and the creatives happy.
Working with the rest of the Client Services team, as well as relevant editorial and production teams across a variety of brands, you will ensure that all campaigns are delivered within contracted time frames and agreed budgets, whilst helping to develop and uphold the positive reputation of the Client Services team.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract and maternity cover, starting early May 2024. This is advertised as a full time position, but we are willing to consider a 4 day week (28 hours) with an experienced candidate.

Requirements
Essential:
- Previous project management experience
- A proven track record of delivering projects to time and budget
- Strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and grammatical accuracy
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver
- A team player with a genuine interest in the advertising industry
Desirable
- Experience of managing projects in a publishing environment
- Good command of project management processes and methodologies across creative and commercial disciplines.
- Confident leader, comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
