Responsibilities:
- Conducting project reviews following well established project delivery processes
- Work with Engineering Management to monitor, control, and report on progress
- Establish and manage input from a variety of stakeholders, including external partners
- Rapidly interpret prospective requirements and communicate these to key stakeholders to support effective estimation and proposal development
- Establish, maintain and report against a robust schedule, plan, and budget, needed to complete programmes of work
- Identify, capture and evaluate all key risks, opportunities, assumptions, issues and dependencies, working with Engineering Management to mitigate risks
- Facilitate ‘Project’ lessons learned sessions, ensuring these are captured, communicated and applied to future propositions
- Identify and drive the continuous improvement of processes used in project delivery
- Focal point for the day-to-day interaction with the relevant customer stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex proposals under short timescales and delivering complex and challenging projects
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in communication, delegation and motivation
- To have good analytical skills, achieving best value for the customer
- Critical thinking and problem solving

- Good exposure to MS Office
- Excellent written skills
- 3-5 years in managing project deliveries
- Commercially and financially astute
- Experience from a highly regulated industry
- Recognised Project Management training and qualification, Prince 2, PMP or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite at our Bristol facility as well as other locations
- You must be a UK resident with at least three years UK residency for SC clearance
