Job description
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern is Monday-Friday.
This is a Fixed term post for 18 months.
The post will manage the delivery and implementation of various projects within the Oral Health Directorate including the implementation of the recommendations of Public Dental Service Review.
The post holder will assist in the co-ordination of service improvement activities including redesign and transformational change. Service improvements will involve multidisciplinary audit, planning, implementation, evaluation/ re-audit and will include negotiating changes, clinical and other, with a range of key stakeholders as well as partnership working.
Project management, data management and report writing will be integral to the role. Projects will be target drive with tight timescales.
The post will support the delivery and development of improved performance and compliance across the Directorate.
