A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated Project Manager to join a leading high-end consultancy specialising in a range of construction industry sectors including retail.
Job Description:
- The management of all aspects of the project from start to finish; planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of various projects working to a series of pre-determined goals and objectives always with the client's requirements in mind.
- Looking at all areas of development, from inception to delivery, of various Construction / Retail related projects around the United Kingdom.
- High level of communication across all levels of management, to develop and establish a brief for the project that clearly defines all objectives.
- Setting of measurable objectives and timelines of all elements within the projects; and managing other consultant disciplines and contractors to ensure delivery to cost, time and quality standards.
- Programme Management of a range of retail programmes, to deliver on time and budget.
- Maintain records and work folders - ensuring all work is checked and appropriately approved for distribution.
- Managing of all retail construction / redevelopment projects in a live environment.
- Chair meetings, both internally and externally to capture actions and ensure these are closed out.
- Management of other design teams, cost management consultants and contractors is required to ensure timely completion within budget and timelines.

- Up to date knowledge on H&S legislation.
- Chartered membership of a relevant body.
