Our client is a leading large format, digital print and reprographics company with sites across the UK. They offer a very wide range of products and services including design, brochures, catalogues, banners, pop ups, POS, printed backdrops and leaflets to name a few!
They are currently looking for a Project Manager / Sales Account Manager to join their team
Main areas of accountability:
- Project Management and Account Management of client accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer Service at all times to all clients
- The role will include some client visits / site surverys
- Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, PO'S entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).
- Effective and efficient use of CRM both as an account management and sales management tool to provide all required reporting
- Upselling and ensuring new or additional product lines are introduced to the existing customer base
- Proactive Marketing of the local business and services
- Be fully conversant in the range of different products and services, and be able to secure these as 'added value' services to customers
- To ensure excellent service to all customers aiming to provide total satisfaction and customer retention
- Developing key local accounts through personal customer relationship management
