What does your typical day look like?  

A typical day for the Talent and LearningProject Manager will include planning, structuring initiatives, engaging with the SMEs, managing the accountabilities of stakeholders and the deadlines. They will also regularly present progress reports and prepare and present presentations for different audiences to inform and engage them with the project. 

Key actions will be:

• Plan and manage projects start to finish on Talent and Learning areas like White-collar and blue-collar onboarding program, line manager excellence, functional competency framework design
• Stakeholder management: Key stakeholders that are central to the success of the projects managed, line managers, white and blue collar employees, HRBPs at different sites, HR Centre of Expertise, universities and relevant colleagues in the Ferrero eco-system
• Travel to FBC UK sites as required by the role (Around 10% travel)

Experience and/or qualifications

• Degree educated with minimum of 8 years experience
• Project management certificate desirable
• Ideally a former consultant
• Experience of M&A desirable
