Who we are
Allianz is a global insurance company serving across 70 different countries, but from the very first day you join our team you’ll know that your contributions are valued. We offer world class learning and career development opportunities, while we celebrate an inclusive culture.
This role is within VetEnvoy; a separate organisation within Allianz. Although part of the Allianz UK Insurance Group, Vet Envoy is treated very much as a ‘cellular start up’ business operating within its own structure and P&L, with a ‘start up’ mentality.
Vet Envoy facilitates paperless insurance claims, microchips and lab reports for veterinary practices. It works by enabling the secure, seamless and direct transfer of data e.g. insurance claims between a Practice Management System (PMS) and the IT systems of another company e.g. insurance companies, on a completely paperless basis. VetEnvoy has big growth plans and whilst having a lean team, is currently juggling multiple projects.
Role Description
As a Project Manager within VetEnvoy, you'll work collaboratively with the rest of the team to realise business benefits through delivery of strategic projects. As the only PM within the team, you will be responsible for the entirety of Project Management within the business. The team is small (currently 5FTE), and you will work closely with everyone, at times the wider organisation and external partners.
You'll have an agile mind-set and ensure delivery is value and outcome based. You'll be passionate about change and want to make a difference. It’s important the right candidate is excited by the ‘start up’ environment; no two days are the same and your role will look different each day, and you must be willing to get stuck in and do different things outside of the typical remit.
