Responsibilities - Project Quantity Surveyor
- Execute new multi-utility connections and EV Charging projects.
- Work alongside relevant internal stakeholders to ensure project financials align with predetermined budgets.
- Assist Project Managers to help them understand in more detail the financial performance of their projects.
- Provide commercial support where required.
- To drive the forecast/cost to complete process with Project Manager’s so that variances to budget are communicated to Project Finance as early as possible in the delivery cycle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Good financial understanding of budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Experience in the Utilities sector
