- Pay Rate: 16.92

Job description:
Responsibility:
- Administrative support and third-party liaison
- Create and track purchase order requests to support the team
- Support with processing and resolution of account payables and account receivables
- Onboard new suppliers, continuously maintain and enrich supplier database
- Coordinate execution of agreements and further exchanges with location partners
- Perform general office tasks and coordinate other administrative matters
- Assist with projects, event planning, meetings, and other responsibilities that come your way
- Programmatic improvements: optimize, develop, and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives
- Create and maintain operational dashboards/ trackers
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, ideally Power BI and Power Automate
- Interest in finance and/ or legal
- Love being helpful
- Driven by optimizing workload
- Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
- Anticipate needs and be proactive with solutions
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Strong coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work with last minute changes
- Strong passion for Tesla's mission
