Project Support Officer

37 hours per week X 52 weeks per year - Part Time applications will be considered

Salary Range - £26,731 - £31,476

Permanent Position

This role will specifically support our ambition to play a leading role locally, regionally, and nationally, with a reputation as a strong and reliable partner enhancing our position as an anchor institution in the City and being a first choice with employers for education and training provision.

You will work closely with the Route to Employment Team Leader, the Head of Partnerships, the External Funding Manager, as well as other colleagues across the organisation to support the successful delivery of projects and bids.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • To provide Project Support and support in the development of funding claims and evidence gathering
  • To provide bid support and coordination, ensuring opportunities are tracked, developed, and returned on time
  • To manage monthly returns required by external portals, ensuring the data returned is collected efficiently and accurately
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities for the college from received tender notifications
  • Champion our commitment to putting students first

After your first year, success in this role would mean you have:

  • Established systems to providing required project reporting that is accurate and returned on time
  • Helped to achieve income generation targets through bids and tenders
  • Assisted with the successfully deliver of projects that have met all key KPIs
