SalaryJob Description for Project Support Officer:

Your project management skills and attention to detail will enable industry-leading scientists, engineers and analysts to work together to deliver unique projects using cutting edge technology. It’s a challenging role but it’s an opportunity to grow, adapt and develop new skills in a fast-moving area.
This new post will support the Camila Customer Workstream lead in ensuring:
- Camila delivery standards are attained and maintained.
- The Camila teams performance is visible at all times.
- The Camila teams capacity is monitored and visible at all times. This new post will support the PMA.
Main Responsibilities for Project Support Officer:
Taking direction from the Camila Customer Workstream lead, the post will ensure that:
- Organising / minuting meetings, distributing documents etc.
- Control of the Camila registers.
- Control of the Portfolio performance report.
- Control of the Change control register at portfolio level.
(Entire Projects imported or exported). - Control / policing of the of the Camila Project filing shared area.
Essential Criteria for Project Support Officer:
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment.
- Some knowledge of Document Control systems, processes and methodologies.
- General IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office tools & systems.
- Ability to obtain SC level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial and criminal record checks plus 5 years’ worth of UK residency).
Desirable Criteria for Project Support Officer:
- Experience of working alongside Project Managers, Project Controls, EHSS&Q and other key functions.
