We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Project Support Officer in Medicine and Urgent Care (MUC) at Barnet Hospital, a six months fixed term (with planned extension)
This post will be working with the operational and clinical teams in MUC to focus on supporting our ambitious portfolio of work which includes standing up our Frailty virtual ward, our UEC site expansion, the new High intensity user group with external partners, alongside supporting the core business of medicine and the division's overarching agenda of improving patient outcomes and meeting access targets. The successful post holder will also support the divisional financial improvement plan.

The successful candidate will be keen to work with divisional level leadership in this pivotal role. Key attributes will be:
Good understanding/knowledge of national performance targets
Advanced IT and presentation skills using microsoft packages
Project management and coordination skills
Previous experience of working with the public and/or patients in a healthcare environment
Experience of interaction with all levels of staff Previous administrative and organisational experience
Experience of managing and prioritising own workload and working to deadlines
Experience of dealing with non-routine and complex problems
