Project Support/Contracts Manager

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Project Support/Contracts Managerto work within the NHS in Peterborough!       

Contract – 3 – 6 months initial contract with the view to being extended to an ongoing basis

Salary - £23.00 – 24.00 per hour – negotiable dependent on experience

About the role:

• Manage and oversee administrative and contract services to support major Estates capital projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure effective implementation of approved business cases.
• Develop and maintain robust contract administration processes and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and objectives.
• Provide support in procurement activities, including tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

About You:

• Proven experience in project support and contract management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of contract administration principles and practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
