The Project Surveyor provides a range of professional advisory and technical services related to building safety and ensures the successful delivery of building safety projects.
The Project Surveyor will monitor contractor performance, undertake project management and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, planning/building regulations and health and safety, alongside an emphasis on high quality customer service both to residents and to internal stakeholders.
The Building Safety Team contributes to ensuring compliance with regulation, building safety and importantly the safety and well-being of Bolton at Home customers.
Outcomes:
- Contribute to ensuring that Bolton at Home remain compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- The successful delivery and completion of building safety compliance projects.
- Excellent contractor performance ensuring high quality outcomes.
- Compliance remedial works arising from risk assessments are completed in a timely manner to improve and ensure customer safety.
