West End + Hybrid working 3 days in / 2 days WFH
Up to £43k per annum

Are you a skilled Property Accountant seeking an exciting opportunity? We're currently recruiting for a client-side role with a prestigious property business, managing a commercial portfolio. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, excellent company culture, and competitive benefits.

Key Duties:

• Produce month-end management accounts, including VAT, bank, and control account reconciliations on QUBE

• Attend monthly budget meetings with budget holders

• Preparation of service charge budgets and calculation of service charges for tenants

• Manage all financial matters affecting the properties

• Review insurance process for property portfolio

• Preparation of year-end accounts, ensuring there are no discrepancies

• Monthly reconciliation of control accounts

Person Specification:

• Prior experience of working within a similar function within Property/Real estate

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation

• Committed and organised

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages

• Ability to work to deadlines
