Role Overview:
You will play an integral role in service charge reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation across a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. This position demands a commitment to upholding the highest standards in accordance with ARMA/RICS best practices, within a supportive team of 4-5 Property Accountants.
Your Impact:
Analyse and report on Budget vs Expenditure, incorporating accruals and prepayments.
Prepare comprehensive service charge accounts and assist in auditing processes.
Collaborate in establishing annual service charge budgets.
Manage invoice processing and bank reconciliation with meticulous accuracy.
Effectively handle stakeholder queries relating to financial management.
We're Looking For:
Qualifications in AAT/CIMA/QBE or equivalent experience in service charge accounting and the property industry.
A candidate who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Working Arrangements:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Location: Manchester's Head Office, offering the flexibility of hybrid working.
