Salary: £25k per annum
I am working with a private landlord who have an extensive commercial and residential portfolio of properties, they are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to work in their London office for a full-time permanent role.
Key responsibilities;
Reading and analysing real estate leases and similar documents to record information regarding payments and critical dates
Monitoring and dealing with lease documents including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expires with tenants
Dealing with queries from tenants and directing them to the relevant team.
Ensuring compliance audits, health and safety documents are filed correctly
Maintenance of property database (QUBE)
Accurate lease data processing in line with company procedures
Efficient management of own workload, whilst maintaining the ability to support other teammates in their workload
Your experience.
Strong administrative experience within a Property or Real Estate environment
Desirable to have worked within a commercial setting within Real Estate.
Exceptional attention to detail
Maintain a focused analytical with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
IT Skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook 360
The ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
