Our client is an established independent maintenance contractor based near the Brent Cross area, specialising in planned maintenance and refurbishment services across Greater London
As a result of ongoing growth, they now seek a Repairs Administrator/ Maintenance Scheduler to work within their friendly booking team servicing over 400 residential properties as follows:
- Building positive relationships with residents, landlords and contractors whilst establishing concerns raised.
- Receiving, coordinating and booking in planned repairs with residents and contractors.
- Following up maintenance repairs raised with residents and contractors, ensuring work has been completed to a satisfactory level.
- Issuing reports and invoices to landlords of completed works.
- Answering and responding to emails and telephone calls.
- Logging all actions via the computer system.
Ideal Repairs Administrator/ Maintenance Scheduler candidates will have good oral and written skills, be well organised, computer literate and enjoy working fully office based.
Salary for the successful Repairs Administrator/ Maintenance Scheduler will start up to £30K with reviews on tenure ad performance.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm, with a 1 hour lunch break.
