Job Title: Repairs Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Dependent on experience
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Administrator to join our client's team in the construction industry. As a member of their team, you will provide excellent administrative support to both internal and external customers.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and raise a range of repairs requests from customers, staff, external stakeholders.
- Administer CRM, Northgate, and other databases used by our client's organisation and their own in-house system.
- Assist and support the repairs advisors and voids administrators during busy times as required.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Answer phone calls from clients, addressing job queries and enquiries while maintaining good customer relations.
- Process extension of time requests as needed.
- Establish and maintain efficient systems for filing, record keeping, compiling statistics, and generating reports for the service.
- Administer customer enquiries, providing guidance and taking appropriate action.

- Ability to work well under pressure and be a good listener.
- Understanding of maintenance service delivery.
- Experience with logging databases.
- Familiarity with the construction industry.
- Proficiency in writing letters and reports, as well as the ability to initiate change, identify improvements, negotiate, and implement changes.
- Capability to train others on software and systems used in delivering repairs and maintenance services in a housing environment.
