JOB TITLE: REPAIRS ADMINISTRATOR
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM
SALARY: UPTO 27K DOE
LOCATION: BEXLEYHEATH
As a Repairs Administrator you will be working as part of a busy team. You will be the first point of contact to clients via telephone and email.
Duties
- Scheduling work for a team of engineer's
- Managing the call out rota for all engineer's
- Processing of engineer's holiday forms
- Providing clients with up to date works progress via CRM system
- Processing engineers paperwork and completing spreadsheets
- Raising purchase orders
- Providing quotations
- Providing reports and analysing data
SKILLS
- Previous experience of working as a Repairs Administrator or in a similar role
- Experience of working and managing engineer's
- Highly organised and ability to use your own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills including MS Excel
