Property Admin Assistant Location - Edgbaston, Birmingham Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Property Admin Assistant.Duties
- Providing comprehensive support to the Solicitors to ensure smooth operations.
- Compiling legal bundles and preparing correspondence using our clients case management system.
- Communicating with clients both over the phone and in person.
- Managing filing systems, including daily filing and handling client files.
- Drafting contracts and administering legal searches on properties.
- Undertaking any other duties as required to support the team.
The Candidate
- Have previous experience working within a legal environment (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy in your work.
- Have a professional telephone manner and be confident in client interactions.
- Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable to changing priorities.
