join their small and friendly team initially on a 6-month contract but with the potential to be made permanent.
The successful candidate will be joining a family business who specialize in residential lettings and between them have over 100 years of property experience!
Ideally our client would be looking for the successful candidate to start in January 2024.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Assisting the Residential Asset Manager with the company's residential tenancies from start to finish, to ensure that the tenants have a good experience throughout their tenancy.
-Answering telephone & tenant queries
-Advertising properties and conducting viewings
-Responsibility for managing keys
-Responding to viewing enquiries
-Production of ASTs and related documents
-Arranging inventories & producing property information packs
-Liaising with council and utilities companies on change of occupation
-Registering deposits
-Issuing rent review documentation
-Liaising with contractors on minor maintenance
-Other office administrative duties such as answering the phone/filing/scanning/ research tasks.
Candidate Attributes;
-Previous property experience is desirable
-Strong administration experience
-Excellent organisation and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work on own & show initiative
-Good computer and telephone skills
Hours- Monday to Thursday, 9am-5.30pm, Friday, 9am-4.30pm
Salary- £25,000 + performance related bonus (not commission based), private medical insurance, free parking, and 25 days holiday!
