My client a property management business based in Watford, are looking for a new Part Time administrator to join their team. The working hours are flexible offering 22hrs-28hrs per week across no less than 4 days per week, for the right person.
The location: Watford Town Centre (Plenty of free parking) The Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 + Annual performance related bonus (potential flexibility for right candidate)The hours: Minimum 4 days per week 22-28 hrs (Ideally 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Flexibility on hours/days for the right candidate also)
The role:
- Answering incoming queries via telephone and email
- Occasional site visits to carry out meter readings etc.
- Administrative tasks relating to property management.
- Carry out thorough compliance procedures.
- Liaising with Clients, Leaseholders and Contractors
- Processing invoices
- Booking safety checks on properties, including Gas, fire etc
To be successful you must be/have:
- Strong background in administration, ideally within the property sector
- Excellent IT skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
