Block Management and Ground Rents Property Business are seeking a numerate candidate who enjoys high volume processing and has strong Excel skills. Owing / renting your own flat or working within Property will help understand what the company does and the role content.

Joining the small busy team, training is given, and responsibilities include:

Creating service charge budgets for blocks of flats

Raising ground rent services charges

Responding to leaseholder enquiries via email and phone

Credit Control of outstanding arrears

Bank reconciliation

Managing Utility Contracts
