An exciting opportunity has become available for a hard-working and enthusiastic candidate looking for a Property Administrator role. The successful candidate will be degree educated. You must be articulate and well presented to be considered for this Property Administrator vacancy.
PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Take lettings enquiries by telephone - register applicants and book viewings/appraisals
- Maintaining the front of house /reception area-answering and directing phones
- Supporting the Lettings Negotiators and Property Management Department with administration
- Deal with property tenants queries verbally and in written form
- Draw up necessary documents for new tenancies
- Liaise end of tenancy deposit release with landlord and tenant
- Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
- Key signing in and out and key tracking
- General lettings administration and team work
- Methodical, organised and reliable
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Referencing
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Database Management
Tasks will include day to day Property Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to tenants, updating files, data input, tenancy agreements etc.
