We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team in Redditch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pr team. The role will involve working closely with the sales, marketing and buying teams to ensure that all commercial activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Property Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to requests from other departments and branches for equipment repairs and replacements
- Placing orders and providing purchase order numbers
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial activities
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stationary, travel and diary management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience in SAP would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
