As a key member of the organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management processes.

Job Title:Property Administrator
Location: Canterbury (Office based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Your key responsibilities within the role would be to:
- Maintain the inbox:
- Dealing with tenant reports
- Organising contractors
- Booking in proactive maintenance, servicing etc
- Meter readings
- Inputting information on to spreadsheets, notifying tenants who are over-using
- Tenant Processes:
- Handling general property enquiries from tenants by walk-in or emails
- Meeting and greeting any walk-ins and handling enquiries from new potential tenants
- Reprogramming key fobs with correct tenancy dates
- Liaising with agents for previous tenant key sets
- Contacting new tenants to arrange check in dates/tome slots
- Managing all tenant general correspondence and enquiries
- Handling check out inspections and reports
- Organising contractors and cleaners in between tenancies from property inspections
- Emptying post box and delivering mail to mail boxes
- Ad-Hoc duties:
- Assisting with events and administration as required
- Assisting with the lettings processes as required
- Organising stock for marketing suite (tea/coffee/water for machine/stationery orders etc)
- Ensuring marketing suite is cleaned to a high standard and liaising with cleaners accordingly
Key skills and experience required for this role:
- Administrative experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
- An outstanding communicator and organiser with the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks at once.
- A keen eye for detail and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure with an empathetic nature.
