SalaryA great opportunity to join a large Property business who have offices across the North East region as they require an administrator to join their team.
As the successful candidate, you will be working with a team of property managers who assist with the works and repairs within their commercial property portfolio.
Within your role you will:
- Support the Property Management team in their daily roles
- Pro-actively communicate with clients to maintain high service levels
- Processing invoices, dealing with utility providers and bills, general business administration
- Being the first point of contact for tenant repairs and organising works
- Liaising with contractors to ensure jobs are completed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe
- Dealing with day to day client and tenant queries
- Assisting the Property Management team with compliance
- Organising meetings and diaries
About you:
- Have previous administrative experience, ideally in a property environment (not essential)
- Be articulate, with excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to prioritise a very busy and varied workload
- Work well under pressure and keep calm in all dealings with clients and colleagues
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Be self-motivated, with a can do mindset and maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach
