Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of property Lettings and Management.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and agreements.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to Lettings and Management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property administration, particularly in Lettings and Management.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- 'Customer-focused' approach with effective communication skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- UK-based with specific experience in the UK property market.
