Our client, a well-established lettings agency, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Maintenance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to lettings.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in student or residential lettings. The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong focus on customer service.
Duties:
·Prepare tenancy agreements and handle other administrative duties.
·Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants, customers, and external partners.
·Assist the lettings team with administration tasks and the collection of verification documents for tenants.
·Coordinate routine inspections, inventories, and check-out appointments.
·Promote and contribute to the company culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
·Previous experience in student or residential lettings is essential.
·Strong administrative and organisational skills.
·Attention to detail and proactive, forward-thinking attitude.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
·Knowledge of financial procedures and debt recovery is a plus.
