A Tenancy Organisation is looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their team in Liverpool. The need for this role is urgent, so an immediate start is available for the right person!
The salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, and hours are Monday-Friday 9.30-5.30, so you will have your weekends free. There is also the opportunity to work overtime over busy periods during the summer.
We're looking for someone who is organised and personable, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life, and is comfortable having difficult conversations. A positive attitude is essential as is the ability to work under pressure for a limited time during busy periods.
Full training will be provided, however a minimum of 1 years' administration experience is required.
Applicants are expected to be organised, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
A typical day will involve:
- Logging invoices and paying contractors
- Raising jobs and chasing updates from contractors
- Raising landlord fees from equipment hire
- Assisting the office team with day-to-day tasks (answering calls, administering keys, etc)
- Using our system to track safety certificates and renew them when required.
- Property Inspections (checkouts/inventories/interim/hmo checks)
The ideal candidate will need to have a full and clean drivers licence. A car would also be beneficial to the role (mileage is also paid). We also bring our dog Jake to work with us, so candidate will need to be ok with dogs!
