Property Assistant
Home working with the expectation to attend Worcester Head office and Telford Office when required.
£22,030 per year (pro rata)
35 hours per week
6 month secondment opportunity available upon current line management approval
Temporary position for up to 6 months
We are looking for a Property Assistant to join our Customer Care team, where you will support the Property Coordinator with general administrator duties. The role includes keeping spreadsheets/trackers updated and generating reports for the wider team and being a first point of contact for customer enquiries. If you are an organised individual with the ability to prioritise workloads then this may be the role for you.
The role of Property Assistant will include:
- Delivering and maintaining effective and efficient administration systems to support delivery of services
- Inputting data onto our software systems
- Communicating effectively and professionally at all times when liaising with internal and external customers to arrange appointments/inspections
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and take ownership
- Generating and updating reports for the wider team
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience of working in an administrative support role or similar
- NVQ2 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service)
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritising workloads, both for self and others
- Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
