Property Assistant

TeamJobs are looking for a Property Assistant to join our client in the Bournemouth Area on a Temporary to Permanent Basis!

Role: Property Assistant

• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• 08:30am to 5pm
• £22-24k
• To start ASAP

Duties will include:

• Administrating Minor Works
• H&S Contracts and reports
• Managing routine maintenance contracts
• Keeping information up to date on company systems
• Client contracts
• Taking calls made into the property management team
• Obtaining quotations and liaising with contractors
• Correspondence with clients and leaseholders
• Proactively follow up on all quote and instruction requests with suppliers
• Action site visit reports
• Managing Property Manager's diary
