They are leading players in the UK's independent estate agency sector who specialise in asset management and collaborate with diverse entities such as banks, building societies, housing associations, and property developers, this is not an opportunity to be missed!

As a Property Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in a client-centric approach. Here's what the role entails, and remember, comprehensive training is provided:

• Proactively manage properties in alignment with client service level agreements, emphasising time-to-sell and achieved prices.
• Maintain transparent and fair communication with clients, adhering to customer service standards.
• Foster team collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with external parties to gather information, documentation, and monitor property progress.
• Analyse information from third parties, formulate recommendations based on evidence, and communicate solutions professionally.
• Respond promptly to emails and written communications with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous property records for a robust audit trail.

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities for efficient and timely property processing.
• A customer-focused mindset to deliver outstanding service.
• Quick learning ability and a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to question and verify information.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Grade A - C GCSE in English and Maths or a proven record of ability.
