Hyde is looking to recruit a Property Contract Manager.

As a Property Contract Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Asset Management & Sustainability team to deliver a first-class, customer-focused, value-for-money maintenance and improvement works, ensuring that the company’s assets meet the needs of current and future residents and support the objectives of the Group’s business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver all maintenance services as a model of excellence by ensuring that internal labour, contractors, and consultants perform in line with contractual and key performance expectations.
- Manage and motivate staff, contractors, and consultants to support contract, data, and service performance.
- Deliver a result’s driven approach to maintenance activities by procuring, implementing, and applying contractual agreements with all external suppliers to regularly monitor and review the levels of service delivered.
- Deliver contract management through setting and achievement of challenging targets for agreed KPIs, regular monitoring and review of performance to ensure standards are being met in line with agreed contracts, acting where necessary in line with contractual obligations.
- Deliver effective systems and processes to ensure that robust information about performance is maintained, updated, and readily available.
- Manage monthly budgetary and agree appropriate controls with line manager to ensure budgets are controlled.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience managing structured and planned works.
- Willingness to travel across London, Kent, and Surrey.
- Contract management or project management experience within housing.
- Experience with budgets would be beneficial.
- Dealing with customer complaints experience is desirable.
