Exciting new opportunity for an ambitious, motivated Property Coordinator to join this highly successful, independent property agency based in Tunbridge Wells!
About you:
- Strong communicator
- Confident with a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent IT skills and an organised, proactive approach are also required.
- Full drivers licence and car owner
- Handling incoming calls
- Organising general property repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating works with contractors, tenants and landlords
- Planning, scheduling and attending periodic property inspections
- Arranging safety certificates to retain compliance standards
- Invoicing
- Inventory Report assessment and handling deposit claims.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (with a weekday off in lieu).
