We are looking for a Repairs Coordinator for our client based in the Rochester area. You will be responsible for the coordination of property repairs following an insurance claim. This is a fast-paced role where you will be liaising with policy holders, trades/contractors and insurers. Experience in coordinating property repairs would be ideal.
Job role and responsibilities
As a Repairs Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with the end-to-end claims process
- Speaking to customers to obtain further claim details and updating the CRM system
- Diary management, scheduling surveyor and relevant tradesmen appointments
- Progressing repairs, ensuring systems and policyholders are updated with progress
- Monitor and action emails
- Coordinating the final invoicing process
What skills/experience will you need?
- Buildings/property repairs coordination experience
- Good attention to detail
- Good IT/PC skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Package details
- Full time salary £24,000 - £26,000 (depending upon experience) + Bonus
- On site free parking
- 40 hours per week (rota basis either Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm)
- There may be a possibility of Saturday working in the future (9am-1pm)
- Workplace Pension Scheme (after completion of probation period)
