A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Executive to join a forward-thinking, close-knit and sociable property company based in Manchester on a permanent basis.
The role will be based out of their office in Ardwick, and offers the opportunity to work from home one day per week and flexibility with regards to hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties to support the effective delivery of operational and customer focused services to both current and future customers.
This role will suit someone with previous PA/administrative experience within a property environment, preferably within social/affordable housing specifically.
The candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including:
- Supporting the Board and the Senior Leadership Team
- Diary and calendar management
- Facilitating Board and SLT meetings
- Preparation of agendas, minute taking, report writing, performance reporting
- Managing correspondence
- Sending letters to customers regarding block management
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Administering leases
- General administration duties
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years PA/Admin experience within the property industry, preferably within social/affordable housing
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Highly organised with the ability to suggest and implement policies and procedures
- Ability to be efficient, plan ahead and meet deadlines
- Reliable and able to use initiative
- Discrete and able to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
- Big picture thinker
- Creative, able to suggest ideas and contribute
Salary is up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, team social events and trips, monthly wellness allowance, private healthcare, supper clubs and more!
