Property and finance Administrator
Salary - £21,689 per annum

Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday from 9-5

Nacro have launched the Community Support Service – Tier 2 (CAS-2) which is a national service commissioned by Ministry of Justice to provide accommodation and support as an alternative to custody. The Team provides flexible and holistic support to residents with a wide range of support needs. We aim to support them to find and keep a stable home at the end of their CAS-2 placement.

Who are we looking for?
We are recruiting for an experienced administrator, to assist the Property and finance team, and ensure an effective admin service within the CAS-2 contract.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Use of Internal Accounting system to manage orders and services.
- First point of contact for incoming calls relating to orders and billing.
- Receipt purchase orders via system and regularly managing the Purchase Admin inbox.
- Setting up and closing accounts for new properties i.e., Council Tax, Water, TV Licence, Gas and Electric.
- Building good working relationships with contractors and suppliers.
We are looking for the following skills, attributes, and experience:
- Relevant Finance and procurement administration experience is essential.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MS office applications (MS word, MS excel, MS outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Ability to work with sensitive information whilst maintaining confidentiality.
Vetting process:
1) Please be informed that a Prison clearance check will be carried out.
2) In addition to the above, an Enhanced DBS check, with Barred Lists, will be carried out for this role.
