Salary: £18,000 - £23,000
Location: NG9, Bramcote
Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 – 14:00

Job Role:
Conduct routine inspections of lettings properties.
Conduct inventories on properties before tenants move in and once they have moved out.
Manage your busy diary effectively.
Communicate clearly with all key stakeholders.
Organising any maintenance and works where necessary.
Key Skills & Qualities:
Excellent attention to detail is imperative.
Impeccable time management.
Great organisational skills.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Desire to learn, develop your skills and grow your career.
Full, clean, UK drivers license required.
