Our client is going through an exciting period of transformation; as part of our improved way of working, they are offering the role of a Property Law Coordinator to join their legal services team. This faced paced team deals with matters such as disrepair, disposal of property, Right to buy & Right to acquire (RTB / RTA), shared ownership work, lease extension, commercial property management and much more.

They outsource our legal work and this role will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective management of day to day legal matters.

Your duties will include allocating new cases to solicitors, preparing case records, keeping case files up to date and dealing with general enquiries from customers and both internal and external clients.

About you

They are looking for an excellent communicator with experience in dealing with a wide range of housing / property related matters. You will have the ability to manage relationships with external providers of professional property services and be confident providing support to a broad range of customers, including the highlighting of risks and opportunities.

It would be preferable for you to have knowledge of working either within a legal or housing background however we will consider candidates with transferable skills.
