Progressive organisation seeks talented Property Lawyer to join their in-house legal team.
This position offers high levels of flexibility and would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with broad property law experience who is seeking a fresh challenge.
The Role:
- Provide legal advice on high value and complex property matters
- Help ensure the successful delivery of projects, programmes and schemes
- Support the Principal Lawyer and Service Lead
- Draft and negotiate property legal documents
- Draft instructions to external law firms
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEX
- Experience in commercial property law
- Knowledge of compulsory purchase law

- The salary progression for this role is £48,069 to £54,690
