Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our experienced team as a Property Lawyer. The role is based in our North Devon office, and the successful candidate will handle a very busy caseload of domestic property work. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and successful firm with a strong presence in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and re-mortgages.
- Working collaboratively within a busy team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Demonstrating technical competence and attention to detail in handling complex property matters.
- Engaging in business generation and development activities, leveraging networking skills to contribute to the growth of the department.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor/CILEX lawyer with proven experience in handling a wide range of property transactions.
- Capability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Strong technical competence in property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach.
- Demonstrated networking skills with an interest in business generation and development.
