Further to an extremely successful year, this Top 50 firm and ranked Property Litigation team in the Legal 500 and Chambers, are looking for an Associate AND a Senior associate to join their team of 8.
This Real Estate Litigation team act for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals on all real estate and property disputes - regularly advising on property issues including:
- telecoms,
- disputed break clause cases,
- rights of light,
- breach of covenant claims,
- misrepresentation/breach of contract,
- frustration and option disputes
- all types of commercial landlord and tenant issues.
The firm are extremely progressive, attracting candidates from even magic circle and international backgrounds due to their focus on progression and development.
