Form of workA leading regional firm, our client, is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor. Candidates are expected to have 3+ years’ PQE and salary for the role is negotiable depending upon experience.
The regional firm, Legal 500, rated across various practice areas, is looking to expand the Property Litigation team.
The successful candidate will be handling all types of property disputes, including but not limited to boundary and easement disputes, professional negligence claims, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, breach of covenant claims, landlord and tenant disputes, nuisance and trespass claims, break notices, lease renewals, forfeiture, lease extensions and enfranchisement, service charge disputes, trusts of land and commercial possession claims. You'll be acting for a varied client base, with access to clients from the outset. This is a varied role and candidates are expected to have done Property Litigation, either as a joint role or standalone and it’s expected candidates are 3+ years’ PQE.
